spoke to a resident in District 4 for about 10 mins; he agrees with the repeal of our sex offender residency ordinance

@draasch registry helps DOC keep track of offenders, make sure they get help they need, help them get into normal life, prevent reoffense

just called back a strip mall owner in @DePereWI district 3 who has some concerns

I will listen to any idea for any ordinance that makes @DePereWI safer; but it should be based in fact, not fear; listen to the experts
